Fortagen® is a “unique and precisely balanced amino acid formula” that is “5x more efficient than standard protein sources.” It is also perfect protein for fasting because it only has 4 calories – not enough to break your fast. (50 calories is all you need to break a fast.)
Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are the basic building blocks of protein. They are essential because they are critical for health and you must consume them to get them. Our experience with Fortagen®
We have both been calorie restricting, fasting, and eating cleaner, but Steve has been much more consistent in his X3 use and Fortagen® intake than I have been. As you read before, that is why his gains have been so amazing.
However, even with my limited engagement with the X3 system and taking 2/3 of the Fortagen® I should, I am already down 5 pounds and 1.5% of body fat within a month. My muscle mass is also increasing!
I’ll be honest: I have been trying to lose my Covid weight since I gained it, but this is the first time I have seen the needle move. I did a whole month of very strict Paleo (almost Keto), and I did not lose a pound nor did my body fat percentage move at all.
I am thrilled with my results so far and have already begun fully engaging with every aspect of the program because I really want to reach my ideal body. For me, it’s not about the weight itself – it’s about being a healthy body fat/muscle/water percentage and how I look and feel.
